HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPIMPINAN TRANSFORMASI DAN PENGLIBATAN PEKERJA DI TENAGA SWITCHGEAR

Abstract

Tujuan kajian adalah untuk mengenalpasti hubungan diantara kepimpinan transformasi dan penglibatan pekerja terhadap organisasi. Responden kajian terdiri daripada 86 orang pekerja di Tenaga Switchgear yang bertempat di Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Data dalam kajian ini dikumpulkan melalui borang soal selidik yang mengandungi maklumat mengenai ciri-ciri demografi responden, kepimpinan transformasi dan penglibatan pekerja dan persampelan rawak mudah adalah teknik ynag digunakan dalam kajian. Data-data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik kolerasi Pearson. Keputusan kajian yang diperolehi menunjukkan tahap kepimpinan transformasi dan penglibatan pekerja adalah sederhana serta wujudnya hubungan yang signifikan pada tahap sederhana antara kepimpinan transformasi dengan penglibatan pekerja di Tenaga Switchgear. Di samping itu, terdapat juga beberapa cadangan yang disediakan kepada pengkaji untuk kajian akan datang.
