HUBUNGAN ANTARA GAYA PEMBELAJARAN DAN PRESTASI KERJA DI MAJLIS BANDARAYA ISKANDAR PUTERI (MBIP)
Abstract
Kajian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara gaya pembelajaran dan prestasi kerja di Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri (MBIP). Objektif utama bagi kajian ini ialah untuk mengenal pasti gaya pembelajaran yang diamalkan, tahap prestasi kerja dan mengenal pasti hubungan antara gaya pembelajaran dan prestasi kerja. Kaedah pengumpulan data bagi kajian ini dilakukan menggunakan soal selidik dan melibatkan seramai 116 orang responden yang terdiri dari pelbagai jabatan di MBIP. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 21.0. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahawa gaya pembelajaran yang dipraktikkan oleh pekerja di MBIP ialah gaya pembelajaran reflektif, teoris dan pragmatis. Tahap prestasi kerja di MBIP berada pada tahap yang tinggi. Bedasarkan dapatan analisis korelasi Pearson, terdapat hubungan positif yang sederhana antara gaya pembelajaran dan prestasi kerja. Beberapa cadangan turut dibincangkan dalam kajian ini.
