PERANAN PERISTIWA PENCETUS DALAM KAJIAN-KAJIAN PEMBELAJARAN TRANSFORMATIF
Abstract
Pada era ini, peristiwa pencetus semakin penting dan diberi perhatian dalam kajian-kajian transformatif. Persoalannya, bagaimana elemen peristiwa pencetus memainkan peranan penting dalam pembelajaran transformatiF? Pembelajaran transformatif tidak akan berlaku tanpa elemen peristiwa pencetus. Justeru, peristiwa pencetus sangat penting dan memberi makna yang mendalam kepada individu untuk mengubah perspektif makna dalam pelbagai konteks kehidupan seperti hidup dalam kesengsaraan dan kegelisahan. Dalam konteks ini, pembelajaran transformasi dapat meningkatkan kualiti hidup. Peristiwa pencetus adalah salah satu penyumbang penting dalam pembelajaran transformasi seperti dalam isu seperti kehilangan pekerjaan atau pasangan, perubahan tempat tinggal, tamat pengajian dan perubahan tingkah laku. Justeru, artikel ini memberi tumpuan terhadap fungsi dan bila situasi berlakunya peristiwa pencetus dalam kajian pembelajaran transformatif. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk mencapai objektif kajian adalah dengan menggunakan analisis kandungan. Pengkaji mengumpulkan tema-tema yang sama. Seterusnya, membuat sintesis, cadangan dan rumusan. Hasil dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa peranan peristiwa pencetus dalam konteks manfaat pembelajaran transformatif masih belum dibincangkan secara komprehensif. Keadaan ini telah memberi kesedaran kepada pengkaji untuk penyelidikan lebih lanjut. Penyelidik masa depan disarankan untuk memberikan konsistensi penemuan mengenai elemen peristiwa pencetus dalam kajian pembelajaran transformatif.
