PENGARUH FAKTOR PEMINDAHAN PEMBELAJARAN YANG DOMINAN TERHADAP TINGKAH LAKU PEMINDAHAN

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh faktor pemindahan pembelajaran yang dominan terhadap tingkah laku pemindahan iaitu prestasi tugas dalam kalangan staf Pengurusan Profesional dan Pelaksana (PPP) di Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Kajian ini  dilaksanakan secara cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan pengedaran soal selidik terhadap 171 orang responden yang menghadiri program latihan pembangunan kompetensi pada tahun 2018. Statistik deskriptif dan inferensi iaitu analisis regresi berganda dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Social Science version 24 (SPSS). Dapatan kajian menunjukkan terdapat empat faktor pemindahan pembelajaran yang dominan dan signifikan yang terdiri daripada keterbukaan terhadap perubahan, kesediaan pelajar, peluang guna pembelajaran dan reka bentuk pemindahan yang mempunyai kesan secara langsung terhadap tingkah laku pemindahan. Implikasi kajian inimelibatkan perluasan ilmu dalam bidang pemindahan pembelajaran berdasarkan Model Konseptual LTSI serta memberi panduan kepada organisasi kajian untuk mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tersebut sebagai indikator penting dalam pengukuran keberkesanan program latihan dari aspek melihat perubahan prestasi tugas.
