KESAN SPIRITUAL SEBAGAI MODERATOR DALAM HUBUNGAN KEPINTARAN EMOSI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
Abstract
Kajian yang dijalankan adalah mengenai kepintaran emosi, organizational citizenship behavior dan spiritual. Secara khususnya, kajian ini mengenalpasti hubungan antara kepintaran emosi dan organizational citizenship behavior. Seterusnya, kajian ini juga mengenalpasti kesan spiritual sebagai moderator dalam hubungan kepintaran emosi dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Seramai 102 orang guru-guru yang beragama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bandar Baru Uda telah menjawab soalan selidik. Statistik korelasi Pearson digunakan bagi mengenalpasti hubungan antara kepintaran emosi dan organizational citizenship behavior dan ianya adalah signifikan. Manakala, dengan menggunakan regresi hierarki didapati organisasi perlu meningkatkan tahap spiritual pekerja kerana ianya memberi kesan moderator yang positif terhadap hubungan kepintaran emosi dan organizational citizenship behavior. Kajian ini memberi implikasi terhadap pembangunan institusi perguruan supaya lebih berdaya saing melalui pembangunan modal insan yang sejahtera secara dalaman dan luaran diri.
